About Julie Kemp

I'm a skilled career advisor, facilitator, and presenter with a depth of experience across various industries and job functions. I'm also a certified administrator of the Strong Interest Inventory® career assessment tool. 

I developed much of my knowledge as a recruiter. I now use this knowledge to provide guidance and support, helping others set and achieve their career goals. I understand the value of diverse experiences and I help clients position themselves in career directions that are right for them.

Translating the values and skills gained by sports, activities and other life experiences into career options is something I'm skilled at. I'm also a strong listener, an objective guide, and a well-informed source of career, job market and post-secondary information.

Personally, I've been a competitive track and field athlete, marathon runner, community sport organizer and coach of a local running group. I'm also a busy mom with two teenagers and one sweet dog named Baxter.
